Overview

Step 1. . First, you submit you biographical information to us as best you can using the Bio Info Form.

Step 2. . One of our team of biography writers is assigned to your project. (This will most likely be either Irwin Berent or Steve Berent. They’re the owners of ShortBios, and they’ve written 1000s of short bios in the last decade — and more than a dozen published books in the last 20 years.)

We respond promptly and begin working with you to make we have whatever information we need — and that you want us to have — to make your biography outstanding. (If necessary, we may do a short phone interview.)

Step 3. . Once you have spoken to us and we’ve gotten all the information needed, you can place your order, either via our online order-form or PayPal.  (Payment is required before we can begin writing your bio.)

Step 4. . Actual writing of your bio, which begins after payment has been received, typically takes about 5 days — but 3-day or Next-Day turnarounds are also available as well as Same Day emergency-deadline bio needed ASAP, which can be completed in as little as a few hours.

Step 5. . When you receive the completed bio, let us know if you would like any changes (additions, deletions, revisions) made. If so, we’ll make those changes promptly (usually in the same day).

We guarantee satisfaction. Usually no changes will be needed when you receive the first draft, but if any changes are needed, we won’t stop making revisions until you’re 100% pleased — and those changes are made at no cost to you!

Step 6. . Enjoy your bio! It’s yours to keep — and you are free to update it at any time (of course, we’ll be happy to make those changes for you too). Also, if you’d like to have your bio placed in our Gallery of ShortBios, let us know (it’s another great way to promote yourself, and it’s free).
